measX places a high priority on the safety of its products. This includes not only the safe operation of test benches but also the cybersecurity of our software products.

Security Issues and Solutions

As soon as we become aware of security issues, we investigate them. Depending on the severity of the issue, we determine when to incorporate a solution into our development process. Since many of our software products rely on third-party products, we also investigate and provide information regarding those products as needed. Report security issues

You can report any security vulnerabilities you discover to us. We ask that you notify us confidentially so that we can first thoroughly investigate them through a coordinated process and, if necessary, subsequently notify all users.

To report this issue, please send an email to security@measx.com. Your message should include the information listed below. We recommend that you encrypt the message using the measX PGP key to ensure that confidential information is adequately protected. If you report a potential security issue to us, we will first acknowledge receipt of your message and coordinate any further necessary actions with you.

Please provide as much information as possible when submitting your report:

Brief summary of the vulnerability with sufficient technical details
Names of potentially affected products or services
List of potentially affected versions for each affected product
Complete description of the issue, including all impacts on confidentiality, integrity, or availability (if known)
Steps to reproduce the issue
Proof-of-concept (POC) code or other files to trigger the vulnerability (if available)
