measX releases DASYLab 2026

(Moenchengladbach, June 23, 2026) measX GmbH & Co. KG announces the launch of DASYLab 2026. The new version of the well-established measurement technology software is also the first to be developed, distributed, and supported entirely by measX.

With DASYLab 2026, the software is being released under a new provider but remains available to users in its tried-and-true form. Measurement and automation tasks can still be implemented graphically and interactively, without the need for programming.

Emerson recently transferred all development, sales, and support for DASYLab to its long-standing development and sales partner, measX. The current release focuses on ensuring a smooth transition. In particular, security enhancements have been implemented. In addition, the measX development team has made further refinements: The integrated Python environment for creating custom function modules has been updated to version 3.12.

“DASYLab 2026 marks a strategic new beginning for the software. We now have full control over further development and, with this version, are creating a stable foundation for the next steps in development,” says Heinz Rottmann, Head of DASYLab Development at measX.

DASYLab enables the simple, graphically interactive creation of measurement, control, and regulation applications without programming. For over 30 years, the software has been used worldwide in industry, research, and education.
